RESOLUTION

The Board of Trustees! Governing Body of ______________________________ resolved that the terms and conditions laid down by the National Archives of India for sanctioning a grant under the Scheme of Financial Assistance for Preservation are acceptable.

Sh./Smt./Km.__________________________ is authorised to sign the Bond Papers and to receive the grant on behalf of the Institute. The 25% matching share to be borne by us, would be met by our own sources.
